Welcome to Physical Therapy by Olivia, I offer concierge style physical therapy services to the Las Vegas community. First Impressions matter!
Spend 90 minutes with me to lay the foundation. I’ll review your medical history, symptoms, goals, limitations, and design a fully customizable plan specific to you. Our first visit will include a tour of the space, thorough evaluation, functional movement assessment, and hands on treatment.
Initial visit: $250

This is where the magic happens. Goals take time and consistency and that happens with regularly scheduled follow-ups that work for your goals. We can customize the duration and price of visits as needed.
This often includes a combination of hands-on treatment and functional strengthening and mobility activities in the gym.
Often 60-90 minutes or longer if requested.
60 minutes: $150
90 minutes: $200

Dry needling is a skilled technique used to treat muscle pain, weakness, and trigger points. It involves the insertion of a monofilament needle, into affected tissue and trigger points within the muscle.
Dry needling can decrease muscle spasm, enhance blood flow, and restore normal muscle function.
Sessions are brief; some soreness or mild bruising may occur afterward. It is typically used alongside hands-on therapy and exercise as part of a personalized treatment plan.
Sessions are often included in standard visits but can be booked as a stand-alone service.
30 minute Dry Needling Only Session: $60

Neurolymphatics are gentle soft-tissue techniques that stimulate lymphatic drainage by targeting reflex points along nerves and muscles. Treatment reduces swelling, speeds toxin clearance, eases pain, and improves circulation and nervous-system function. Quick, noninvasive sessions support faster recovery and better overall mobility.
This is often included in standard visits but can be booked alone as a 30-minute session for $75

My exercise services focus on restoring functional movement and safely returning you to your daily activities and personal goals through targeted, individualized programming.
These services are primarily offered as packages tailored to your needs, with an approximate hourly rate of $120.
All exercise services are included in standard PT visits. This is personal-training focused.

Have you had surgery recently? Struggle with bowel or bladder pain or incontinence? You are not alone.
I am a level 1 certified pelvic floor therapist and while I infrequently perform full pelvic floor assessment and therapy I include treatment and education in my standard visits when necessary. Contact me for additional questions if interested.

This functions as a standard visit but takes place in your home. All travel within 5 mi radius of my clinic location is included in standard visit rates. All requests beyond a 5 mi radius are subject to travel expense to be determined by inquiry only.

Are you trying to return to sport? Or would like assessed on a movement you regularly perform?
While I may not be an expert in every sport, my collegiate athletics background and education in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology cater to my ability to assess and diagnose movement abnormalities and dysfunction and prescribe exercise or treatment to alleviate symptoms or abnormalities.
